You’re Supposed To Feel tired
(How To Recharge In 20 Minutes )
Stop stressing about tomorrow. Tomorrow will figure itself out. Today you got enough to keep you busy. Deal with today don’t worry about tomorrow. Focus on the now! (ATD)
Ever caught yourself barely making it through your morning routine, completely drained?
Picture this: It’s 0:600, and instead of seizing the day, I’m thinking of calling it quits. A quarter-way through my rising routine I wasn't feeling it.
Sound familiar?
We’ve all been there, pushing to the limit until we’re running on empty.
I tried to push through, but I was ready to take the day off and say F**get it.
( did this strike a nerve?)
I said Forget it lol.
My attempt at humor for my religious folks.
But then, right on time, a message from Warrior Walks lands on my phone. I briefed him on how I was feeling, and what I was gonna do. He gave me a good kick in the right direction.
His words didn't stroke my ego.
They served as a wake-up call.
Steering me back on track and leading me to a game-changing realization. Thanks to reading 'The Art of Focus' by Dan Koe. , it hit me – I'd been giving everything without refueling my tank.
The Paradox of Perseverance
In our relentless pursuit to excel—be it as fathers, entrepreneurs, or creatives. —We often subscribe to the mantra of constant hustle, equating rest with retreat.
Yet, have you ever stopped to consider it? If this non-stop drive serve your best interests, or is it time for a strategic pause?
The truth is, that relentless grinding demands a toll on your health and well-being.
"I'll sleep when I'm dead,"
Many boast, not realizing the real cost of ignoring our body's signals for rest.
Having juggled three jobs fueled by nothing but energy drinks. I learned the hard way, sustainability isn't about pushing harder; it's about pacing.
