Transforming Routines

Ever feel stuck in the past?

Time waits for no man. There is no time like the present. A man’s time is controlled in the present. (ATD)

Another day!

I remember when Wanksta came out in 2002.

I was graduating high school. It reminds me We all have that:

  • Friend

  • Neighbor

Who's always talking about the glory days?

"Back in my day (high school, college or the Army)".

Bruh live in the moment

Redefining Strength

Known for years as the fit guy rocking tight shirts.

I had a rigid routine rooted in my military background.

Waking up at 5 AM daily, life taught me that true strength isn’t about muscle or sticking to grueling schedules.

It's about working smarter, not harder.

A habit rooted in my military background.

But if life has taught me one thing.

Its complex,

Real strength isn't about muscles.

Or sticking to grueling schedules.

It’s about working smarter, not harder.

Why chop down a tree with a dull axe when you can sharpen it first and cut it with ease?

Mastering Time, Embracing Strategy

Change is a constant and it's inevitable.

  1. Transitioning from brute strength to using your brain.

  2. Shifting your routine to one that values strategy over action.

  3. Prioritizing tasks that matter the most. It's more than managing time.

Instead of tracking my tasks throughout the day. I started using digital tools to schedule and focus, allowing me to plan more and firefight less.

It’s about mastering it. Turning every moment into a stepping stone towards greatness.

The Value of Being 'Villainous

Embrace being the 'villain' to your former self.

—Break free from your old playbook and start using a new one.

Like Thanos, whose focus was kind of controversial.

We need to be singularly minded to effect significant changes in our lives.

This doesn't mean causing harm but rather focusing on what matters.

Even if it means making uncomfortable decisions.

You see him as a villain, his focus was clear.

He aimed to reshape the universe for what he believed was the greater good.

Changing your life's path you need to make tough decisions.

Helping you to align closer to your true desires.

Like stepping back from social engagements or even reevaluating close relationships.

Evolve and Excel

If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.

With your routine to get to a new level you have to get uncomfortable.

When faced with adversity the aftermath is when transformation and growth happen.

I came up with an idea that allowed me to evolve.

I would be doing great in business or my personal life. But after a few months, I hit a wall.

To break the ceiling usually end in me getting stuck for weeks before I could move on.

After going through this vicious cycle several times.

I implemented controlled chaos.

Physical and mental challenges help reprogram your consciousness and body to keep growing.

If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.

Once I came up with the solution

I continued to hit new phases every two months instead of getting stuck. Increasing in my personal and professional life unmatched.
