The Modern Monk Mode Manual

A New Decade, A New Discipline

Where I've Been

It’s been a minute since I touched base.

A few weeks to be exact. Life’s been moving, and I’ve been moving with it. So today, I just wanted to check back in—reset the rhythm and bring you into what’s next.

You Should Be Quiet

In a world where everyone is quick to broadcast every step of their hustle, chose the opposite.

You’re not hiding—You’re honing.

Not disappearing—but distilling.

And truth is, what you’re working on is too sacred to be shared in fragments.

I used to open the gates wide.

But now?

Only the ones really tuned in—through one-on-one convos, our deeper messages, or even the video formats—are gonna catch the full download.

Not everything sacred should be explained.

Some things?

They need to be experienced.

The Discipline That’s Calling Me Back

What I can share is this: I’ve returned to a system that always brings me back to center.

LPP. Legs. Push. Pull.
Six days a week.

One round for strength.

One round for mastery.

One version in the weight room.

The second with nothing but bodyweight and willpower.

This isn’t just a workout. It’s a discipline of clarity.
After decades of training, I’m not chasing the pump.

I’m pursuing precision. Power. And presence.

Your Challenge, If You Want It

Day one: lift legs.
Day two: push with power.
Day three: pull hard.
Then repeat it all again—calisthenics only.

This is about rhythm, not reps.

Focus, not flash.
If you're serious about leveling up, stay close.

The routine drops later today.

And if you want in—if you want to move like I move—say the word.

Let Me Be Clear

This season is about reconnection.

With your body. Your values.

And the quiet part of you that thrives when you stop explaining and start executing.
You’ve been building.

Not for attention.

But for ascension.
If you’ve felt the need to go quiet and come back sharper—this is your sign.

Blueprint Your Success Now

Let’s climb.

Attack every day!
