Hello! I'm Drew, and I'm thrilled you're here to join this journey with me. Originally from Cleveland and now a proud Atlanta resident, I'm a father to three amazing kids, and I'm here to share insights that have helped me live a focused life.

About This Newsletter

 "Attack The Day With Focus" (ATDWF) is a platform where I share thoughts and experiences on balancing life's many aspects - mind, body, spirit, family, fitness, and business. While still finding my rhythm, I'll send out these newsletters sporadically, filled with real, actionable advice. I decided after being in a mental prison ( The Matrix). I've had bouts of depression, stress, anxiety, and PTSD, while trying to find my purpose.

 My Journey 

A few years ago, I was overwhelmed - in business, in my marriage, and as a father. I searched for answers, diving into self-help, seeking guidance from various sources, and finally turning to faith. This journey led me to a transformation: embracing a plant-based diet, reducing media consumption, and focusing inward. I call this my "Modern Monk Mode," and it's been a game-changer.

My upgrade was unlocked.

This journey has and will take you to another frequency.

Our Shared Path 

If you're here, chances are you're a lot like me: maybe a man in your 30s, perhaps a former athlete, soldier, family man, or entrepreneur. You value films like the early "Fast & Furious" series (I agree, they peaked before Furious 8) and seek a life filled with purpose.

What You Need 

To navigate life's challenges, you need four things: focus, a strong 'why', reliable resources, and practical tools. These form the foundation of a fulfilling life.

This is how I coined the phrase

- ATTACK THE DAY.
