Unleash Success

A few weeks ago Warrior Walks, and I were unloading insights on business and life. I remember a time when I contemplated if I wanted to sell real estate.

It was Monday morning and I had a binge fest with my Queen Resha (the whole health influencer). We watched FROM (Season One, Ep 1-8), so you can imagine, to say the least, it was enjoyable.

At that moment in time, I felt very excited, or at least I was pushing myself. I had reflected on a previous unloaded session. I had come to the conclusion I needed to do an audit or reevaluate and ask myself questions:

• Is this helping me achieve my goals? Is it contributing to your progress and helping you move closer to your objectives?

• Does it align with my values and priorities? Reflect on whether it aligns with your core values and important aspects of your life.

• Is it taking up too much time and energy? Check whether the situation is consuming a lot of your time and resources. Leaving you with minimal energy for more important tasks.

• Does it bring me joy and fulfillment? Think about whether the situation brings you happiness or if it feels like a burden or a source of stress. Now if you are a man with a family sometimes you have to make tough decisions but i’ll let you be the judge.

• Have I outgrown it or evolved beyond it? Consider whether you've grown and question if it aligns with your current aspirations.

After a gut check, I  had answers on what I wanted to do, and where I needed to be.  I had a tough decision to let go of a business that wasn’t serving me anymore but it had defined me. It wasn’t as lucrative and because of it, it was no longer a  priority for me.
